I have been on T for 11 months. For 4 months now I've been on 250 fortnightly. The last few weeks, I can't sleep.
It takes me about 2 hours to fall asleep and I wake up around 5am. I work full time monday to friday. These days I wake up 1 minute before my alarm goes off at 7am, so that is OK, but on the weekends I wake up at 5am without fail.
I can't stand it.
I am also becoming more fatigues during the week, which I think is due to lack of sleep. But also the cold of winter and the lack of stimulation at work at the moment.
I getg alot of exercise, but not of the cardio variety. I am bodybuilding.
I need to incorporate some cardio, but I don't want to until after my chest surgery.
